Routine pool care

What’s included
with pool service?

A cleaner pool, attention to the equipment, and a clear record of your visit. Your service agreement sets the schedule, chemical allowance, and any pool-specific requirements.

Surface & pool cleaning

Skim leaves and floating debris, brush pool surfaces, and vacuum as needed for your pool’s condition and service plan.

Baskets & circulation

Empty accessible skimmer and pump baskets and check that the circulation system is operating.

Water testing & balancing

Check water chemistry and make adjustments under your service plan. Water readings and chemicals added are recorded in the visit report.

Equipment observations

Look for visible leaks, unusual noises, and other equipment concerns, and let you know when further repair or inspection is recommended.

Repairs, parts, filter cleans, inspections, drain-and-cleans, and green-to-cleans are discussed separately from routine service unless included in your agreement.
